Ben is RAIN’s Director of Operations. He oversees the production and project management of RAIN’s voice app design and development efforts, including scoping, resourcing, and navigating client dependencies. Ben also supports RAIN in driving process improvements, conducting financial planning, and managing external partners. 

Ben comes from a video game background, having earned a Master's degree in Entertainment Arts & Engineering from the University of Utah. He was recruited by RAIN upon graduation, where his emphasis on Agile project management and experience-driven design was put to good use as a producer running high-profile projects for Alexa and Google Assistant.

Ben’s greatest wish is for UX/UI to return to the era of Windows 95.
