Dale is a Senior Director at RAIN, leading strategic, creative and technical client engagements and spearheading agency-wide business development. A member of RAIN since 2014, he has  led award-winning voice activations for Nike, crafted voice strategies and roadmaps for the world’s leading financial institutions, and overseen creation of voice-first telehealth solutions, among many other high profile initiatives.

Prior to RAIN, Dale amassed a long track record of digital consulting and emerging technology experience - across strategy, operations, and client services - having led accounts in both global and independent marketing & advertising agencies. 

When he isn’t tinkering with the finer points of his clients’ roadmaps, he can be found gnashing on the latest dumpling delight to hit the NYC culinary scene.
